Visitors approach the building through an external circulation system that is open and accessible at all times. This circulation system forms a wide entrance plaza and a promenade with stairs, seamlessly connecting to the main entrance. As one enters, they are greeted by an inviting and transparent entrance hall. This hall features a prominent system of staircases and escalators that provide access to the reading and research halls located above.
