View of the building's façade

The building is to be constructed on top of an old, abandoned building in center of the park. It is designed as 2 story glass structure with openings and proportions resembling the parliament, and due to the topographical changes in the landscape, the upper story will be visible as a one floor building while the lower story will be visible as a double story structure.  The upper level of the park will serve as a Kiosk, catering picnic baskets and take aways for the parks visitors to use in the park’s grounds while the lower lever will house a restaurant with vast vistas towards the park, the parliament, and the supreme court.
