The building contains a diverse mix of apartments for different types of families and tenants. A diverse mix has been shown to be a fundamental principle of healthy and good neighborhoods with high social resilience. The irregular lot shape was challenging from an architectural perspective, requiring the design team to find unique solutions at solving the apartments. The result is a building with high quality apartments and an elegant and delicate façade, producing a premium piece of real estate adjacent to the ocean.
