Beit Hela comprises of a mixed-use real estate project in Raanana, Israel. The design separates the program into two distinct volumes, each placed at the opposite side of the plot, striving to create a benchmark for mixed-use projects in city centers.
The project consolidates several plots into one large site, creating a continuous building block, linking the main and rear street along a pedestrian crossing. The positioning of the buildings aims to produce quality apartments with good air circulation and good views, values that can be achieved by biasing the building skin in the building skin-ground covering ratio.
