Rupin Park, a 30 hectare public park at the center of Jerusalem’s cultural and governmental district will connect the capital’s governmental and cultural edifice’s, incorporating playgrounds, food venues, art installations and leisure activities to accommodate and connect Jerusalem’s workers, tourists and residents.
Rupin Park is an urban park in Jerusalem’s governmental and cultural center spanning 30 hectares of land. Main attractions of the park will include a coffee shop and visitor center integrated in the landscape facing south-east, towards the Israeli Museum, water based activities, natural-looking plantings and landforms, planted terraces, pergolas and walkways. It will incorporate several wooded sections, lawns, meadows, and major grassy areas. The park will be embedded with custom built treehouses, playgrounds, and children’s activities to accommodate it’s many visitors.

Designed by Ollech+Tol, the design of the park is based on continuous curved lines rising from the landscape, forming it’s walkways, lawns and structures. The park was commissioned by the Jerusalem Development authority in conjunction with the city of Jerusalem to create an urban landmark in Jerusalem’s developing cityscape.
